Reservations must be received no later than Wednesday, July 16, 2008. After that cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available and prevailing rate basis.
* Please note the Harvard Square Hotel is a 2-3 star hotel that does not offer any food and beverage service (a restaurant or room service).

The Sheraton Commander
Please note that the room block at the Sheraton Commander Hotel is now sold out. All regular rooms at the hotel are also sold out. There are a few suites and club rooms available.

Reservations must be received no later than Saturday, August 2, 2008. After that cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available and prevailing rate basis.

The Charles Hotel
The room block is now sold out and all rooms for the night of Wednesday, August 20th are sold out at the hotel. If, however, you want to make reservations Sunday, August 17 through Tuesday August 19th, there are rooms available.
A special rates of $245.00 per night (plus tax) at the Charles Hotel has been arranged. Please make your reservations directly with the hotel by calling 800-882-1818 or 617-864-1200 Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and refer to the group name the "QualityColloquium2008" to receive the reduced rates.
Reservations for the Quality Colloquium may also be made online at the Charles Hotel secured website, www.charleshotel.com. Follow these instructions to make your reservation:
- Click on "Are you attending an event"
- Enter Attendee Code "QualityColloquium2008"
- Click on the dates you wish to stay.
- Click on the room type preferred.
- Click on and enter the complete contact and billing information.
- You should receive an emailed confirmation immediately.
Reservations must be received no later than Tuesday, July 22, 2008. After that cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Individual cancellations will be accepted prior to forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival. If the reservation is no longer required and is not cancelled prior to this time, the reservation will be released and one (1) night's subsequent room and tax charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
